Real Estate Associate Agent (1099) - Pensacola
About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill growth. As an Associate Agent, you will work with customers on your own schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. The position offers the opportunity to earn money in less than 14 days. Responsibilities include showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Agents can set their own hours, control their workload, and will receive plenty of customers, particularly on weekends. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings involved. The role is remote and field-based, with no office visits required. Free, optional educational services are available to help agents grow their skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
