Real Estate Associate Agent (1099) - Jacksonville
About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill growth. As an Associate Agent, you will work with customers on your own schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. The position offers the opportunity to earn money in less than 14 days through flat-rate payments per field event. You will be responsible for showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. This is a remote, field-based role with no office visits required, and you can set your own hours and control your workload. The company provides free, optional educational services to help agents grow their skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
