About The Position
This role is for a new or experienced real estate agent seeking flexibility and skill growth. As an Associate Agent, you will work with customers on your own schedule and have the opportunity to earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. You will be responsible for showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. This is a remote, field-based position with no required office visits. Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
Responsibilities
- Show homes
