Real Estate Associate Agent (1099) - Springfield & Chicopee
About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and the opportunity to grow their skills. Associate Agents work with customers on their own schedule and can earn money in real estate without closing transactions. The role involves showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Agents can set their own hours, control their workload, and will receive plenty of customers, especially on weekends. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings required. The position is remote, field-based, with no office visits necessary. Free, optional educational services are available to help agents grow their skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
