About The Position
This Associate Agent role is designed for new real estate agents looking to grow their skills or experienced agents seeking more flexibility. It allows you to work with customers on your own schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. You will be responsible for showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. This is a remote, field-based position with no office visits required. The role offers plenty of customer opportunities, especially on weekends, and provides free, optional educational services to help you grow your skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
