Real Estate Associate Agent (1099) - Edmond
About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill development. As an Associate Agent, you will work with customers on your own schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. The position offers the opportunity to earn money in less than 14 days. You will be responsible for showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. You will set your own hours and control your workload, with plenty of customer opportunities, especially on weekends. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings involved. The role is remote, working out in the field with no office visits required. Free, optional educational services are available to help you grow your skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
