About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill development. Associate Agents work with customers on their own schedule, earning money through field events without the pressure of closing transactions. The position offers opportunities to gain customers, especially on weekends, and provides free, optional educational services. It is a remote, field-based role with no office visits required.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
Responsibilities
- Show homes
- Host open houses
