About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and the opportunity to grow their skills. As an Associate Agent, you will work with customers on your own schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. You will show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections. This position offers the flexibility to set your own hours and control your workload, with opportunities to engage with customers, especially on weekends. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings involved. The role is remote, field-based, requiring no office visits. Optional educational services are provided to help agents develop their skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
