About The Position

Bain Capital Real Estate is seeking full-time Analysts for a summer 2027 start, based in Boston. This role has a minimum two-year commitment with eligibility for promotion to Associate after two years. The ideal candidates will have a strong academic record with prior internship experience in investing and/or real estate (investment banking, RE development, research, etc.). Analysts will learn how to evaluate investment opportunities through the application of fundamental strategic analysis in addition to traditional financial modeling. Throughout the Analyst program, you will receive significant exposure to a wide breadth of asset classes, multiple types of investments and deal experiences. You will become a value-added investor by strategically assessing and evaluating new investment opportunities and on-going opportunities for value-creation in our existing portfolio. You will work collaboratively with senior leaders across our teams and accelerate your professional growth through comprehensive training, a small class size, individualized guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

• Strong academic record.
• Prior internship experience in investing and/or real estate (investment banking, RE development, research, etc.).
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong commercial instincts.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and selling skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively.
