About The Position

Nooks is a provider of classified infrastructure, designing, building, and operating Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and other secured environments for the defense and national security community. The Real Estate Analyst works on the Real Estate team within Growth as an individual contributor, supporting the Director of Real Estate, who makes site, negotiation, and approval decisions. The role requires proactive problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment, with flexibility to support shifting team priorities. The position is based onsite at Nooks headquarters in Arlington, Virginia (preferred), or at the Colorado Springs, Colorado location. Both offices are in a growth phase with processes still maturing. Work includes evaluating prospective sites in new markets under the Director’s direction, and travel to sites may be required. The role does not require a security clearance, but candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
