Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2+ years of real estate analysis, market research, or related financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with demographic analysis tools (Placer.ai, CoStar, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and location analysis for potential Vale café and matcha bar sites
- Build financial models to evaluate site-level economics including pro forma P&L and payback analysis
- Compile and maintain a database of target markets, sites, and competitive locations
- Support the site acquisition process by coordinating due diligence materials and documentation
- Prepare clear, compelling presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for leadership
- Monitor real estate market trends and identify opportunities in target markets
- Partner with the Director of Strategic Growth to refine Vale’s location criteria and market prioritization
