Requirements

  • Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.
  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lease invoice management (validation, disputes, negotiation): Includes daily “RE Invoice” mailbox monitoring
  • Coordination of LL reimbursements for capital R&M expenditures: Includes negotiations and tracking
  • CAM/annual reconciliations ownership (validation, disputes)
  • “WC Lease Admin” mailbox management and administrative overflow
  • Collects, analyzes, interprets and reports on critical real estate deal data in support of transactions.
  • Collaborates with others in the business to ensure costs are reviewed, monitored, and updated as necessary.
  • Identifies system and process enhancement opportunities and works with technical resources to implement changes.
  • Ensures timely and accurate data updates, conducting quality control checks and data synchronization between various systems.
  • Assists and/or leads real estate-related projects and initiatives.
