About The Position
Space and Company is a boutique real estate brokerage with offices in downtown Philadelphia and Collingswood, NJ. We are looking for experienced agents who are ready to move beyond the typical brokerage experience and are looking for a smaller, more hands-on brokerage that is genuinely invested in their growth. We offer broker-led training twice weekly, an in-house title team, in-house mortgage officers, and beautiful shared office spaces in Philadelphia and Collingswood.
Requirements
- Active PA and/or NJ real estate license (dual licensure a plus)
- Experienced agents ready to elevate their production and their client experience
- Self-starters who also want to be part of a supportive, in-person team culture
- Agents serving — or looking to grow into — the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets
- Strong communication skills and a client-first approach to every transaction
Responsibilities
- Serve clients in the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets.
- Manage the transaction process from contract to close.
- Provide a client-first approach to every transaction.
