Redfin is seeking qualified agents for an opportunity opening soon in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery & Delaware Counties. Join Redfin's top-producing agents by joining an agent team or individually. Redfin offers progressive commissions: the more you sell, the more you keep from Redfin-generated and loyalty customers. Redfin covers business expenses, so what you earn is what you keep. Redfin agents receive 100 new customers annually from Redfin.com, in addition to clients from their existing sphere of influence. A proprietary CRM helps manage deals and client pipelines, alerting agents to potential future moves. Support is provided by a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents. An inside sales team qualifies opportunities and books them directly on the agent's calendar, handling event details like organizing showing appointments. Redfin agents earn competitive commissions on closed deals with unlimited upside. Splits vary by deal source (Agent-generated or Redfin-generated) with higher splits for repeat Redfin clients. In-year accelerators allow for higher commissions if a specified sales volume threshold is met. Top producers can earn a President’s Club trip, qualify for stock grants, and gain exclusive access to represent clients buying and selling high-priced homes through Redfin's luxury brand.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted real estate license.
  • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.
  • Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity.
  • Trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process.
  • Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
