About The Position

Redfin is seeking qualified real estate agents for an opportunity opening soon in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery & Delaware Counties. Agents can join an existing team or work individually, leveraging Redfin's platform, technology, and customer base. The role offers competitive commissions, with progressive rates that increase with sales volume, and Redfin covers business expenses, ensuring agents keep what they earn. Agents will receive 100 new customers annually from Redfin.com, in addition to their own sphere of influence. Support includes a proprietary CRM, transaction and listing coordinators, showing agents, and an inside sales team that qualifies and books opportunities. Redfin invests heavily in marketing to connect agents with buyers and sellers, and offers flexible vacation time.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted real estate license
  • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
  • Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
  • Trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
  • Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Maximize earnings by plugging into the Redfin platform and nation’s #1 brokerage site.
  • Get 100 new customers each year from Redfin, in addition to helping clients already in your sphere or book of business.
  • Manage deals and stay in touch with your whole pipeline using a proprietary CRM, alerting you when someone might be ready to make another move.
  • Receive support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents.
  • Have opportunities qualified and booked directly on your calendar by the inside sales team.
  • Organize showing appointments and be informed of when and where to show up.
  • Earn competitive commissions on closed deals with unlimited upside.
  • Represent clients buying and selling high-priced homes through Redfin's luxury brand.
  • Connect with buyers and sellers through Redfin's marketing efforts.
