About The Position

Join a top-rated real estate team in the US, recognized for eight consecutive years, where top agents close 40+ homes per year through a proven, fully supported system. This role focuses on working exclusively with motivated homeowners, providing you with pre-qualified appointments rather than cold leads. The position is full-time, commission-based, and requires an active real estate license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days. You will receive an average of 8-15 pre-qualified listing appointments per month from an inside sales team, competitive commission splits that increase with production, and 1:1 coaching with the Director of Sales. The company provides AI-powered tools for pricing and market positioning, comprehensive onboarding and training, and full transaction and administrative support from contract to closing. There are no out-of-pocket business expenses, including desk, training, tech, or lead fees.

Requirements

  • Active real estate license in Tennessee or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
  • Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Nashville-area service territory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Travel within a defined Greater Nashville-area service territory.
  • Meet directly with motivated sellers, understand their goals, and guide them to the right solution.
