About The Position

One of the top independent real estate firms in the Carolinas is expanding to Nashville and is seeking dynamic Real Estate Agents. This role is ideal for new agents looking to start their careers or experienced agents seeking consistent closings and business growth. As a top Zillow Preferred Partner team, we provide continuous incoming leads directly to agents' phones, with agents closing 2-6 deals per month from this program. Our experienced leadership team offers support throughout each transaction, contributing to a high agent retention rate. We foster a supportive and fun environment with no monthly or miscellaneous fees. We provide agents with a comprehensive CRM, e-signature and document management tools, AI virtual assistants, and access to a centrally located office. Hands-on, in-the-field training is provided, as we believe agents learn best by doing. Requirements

  • Real Estate License (Required)
