About The Position

Mark Spain Real Estate, a top-ranked real estate team in the US, is seeking motivated licensed Real Estate Agents. This role offers 10-15 qualified appointments per month with home sellers, eliminating the need for lead generation, cold calling, or door knocking. The company provides comprehensive training, one-on-one coaching, advanced technology and marketing tools, and client concierge and transaction coordination support. Agents will not incur out-of-pocket expenses for desk, training, technology, or marketing fees. The position is commission-based with potential earnings of $75,000 - $150,000 or more annually.

Requirements

  • An active real estate license or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
  • Full-time availability, including nights and weekends, as clients' schedules require.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desire for personal and professional growth, including a drive for results with strong collaboration skills.
