About The Position

HFM Realty Inc. is growing and seeking motivated Massachusetts Real Estate Agents to join their team. This remote, cloud-based brokerage offers flexibility, competitive commission splits (up to 90/10 based on production), and support for agents to build their business. They are expanding throughout Brockton and the South Shore, including Randolph, Stoughton, Avon, Abington, Whitman, Bridgewater, Easton, and surrounding communities. HFM Realty provides training, mentoring, broker and transaction support, marketing assistance, technology resources, and business-building strategies for both new and experienced agents. Agents have the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers, develop their client base, grow referral business, sponsor agents for additional income, and work across HFM's multi-state network.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Motivated, professional, and serious about building a successful real estate business.
