About The Position

Downsize Allies is hiring a full-time real estate agent to represent our clients who are looking to buy or sell their home. This role starts as a junior position focused on administrative tasks and appointment setting, with the opportunity to learn the business and eventually manage your own clients. The compensation includes an hourly draw against commission, a company car, and flexible hours with remote options. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed real estate agent, or someone pursuing a license, to gain experience in a supportive environment.

Requirements

US Citizen
Driver's license
Ohio real estate license (or in process of getting one)
Ability to work 40 hours a week
Ability to come to our office for work

Nice To Haves

4-year college degree

Responsibilities

Answer the phone when homeowners call us to request an offer and schedule appointments.
Run errands to properties to take photos, light inspections, and install signs/lockboxes.
Call home services vendors for seniors to schedule meetings.
Introduce Downsize Allies and yourself to senior living communities and senior services providers to set up referral relationships.
Show property for sale to prospective buyers and make sure the home looks great.
Visit job sites where remodeling projects are going on and make sure things are on track.
