Requirements

Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Jacksonville-area service territory
Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven

Responsibilities
