Requirements
- Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Raleigh-area service territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Arrive at pre-qualified appointments with motivated homeowners.
- Close deals and serve clients.
- Supplement Mark Spain appointments with your sphere of influence closings.
- Travel within a defined Greater Raleigh-area service territory.
- Guide clients to the right solution, whether that’s a cash offer or a traditional listing.
