About The Position

HFM Realty is seeking real estate agents throughout New Hampshire to build their businesses through its cloud-based brokerage. Agents can manage their businesses and serve clients remotely while benefiting from a professional brokerage affiliation, with no desk fees. The opportunity is intended for licensed agents or people working toward licensure who value independence and flexibility. Agents may grow their income through personal production, client relationships, referral networks, and eligible participation in the agent sponsorship program. The sponsorship program may provide participating agents a share of a sponsored agent’s gross commission income for three years, subject to program terms. Opportunities are promoted in communities across New Hampshire, including Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth, Dover, Concord, Bedford, Londonderry, Hooksett, Rochester, and Keene.

Requirements

• Hold an active New Hampshire real estate license or be working toward licensure.
• Value independence, professionalism, and long-term business development.

Responsibilities
