About The Position

HFM Realty Inc. is growing and looking for motivated Massachusetts Real Estate Agents to join their team. They are expanding throughout Plymouth and the South Shore, including Kingston, Duxbury, Marshfield, Pembroke, Plymouth, Carver, Plympton, Halifax, Hanson, Middleborough, Wareham, and surrounding communities. HFM Realty offers flexibility, competitive commission splits, and the support needed to build a real estate business. They are seeking new and experienced agents who are motivated, professional, and serious about building a successful real estate business.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Work with buyers and sellers throughout the Plymouth and South Shore area.
• Develop your own sphere and client database.
• Grow your referral business.
• Sponsor agents and earn additional income.
• Work across HFM Realty's multi-state network.
