About The Position

Join a high-performance real estate team that provides motivated seller leads, proven systems, and one-on-one support to help you build a consistent listing business. Our Fast Track to 30 Program is designed for motivated agents who are ready to follow a proven process and grow their business faster. This role offers a commission-based compensation with highly competitive commission splits and unlimited earning potential. The team provides qualified, motivated seller leads, up to 50% of which include a scheduled appointment, with no upfront lead costs. Agents will benefit from proven training, scripts, mentorship, CRM, automation, marketing systems, ongoing coaching, and a flexible remote work environment.

Requirements

• Active real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems and scripts
• Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads
• Organized and able to manage tasks using a CRM
• Ability to work independently while participating in team training and coaching
• Professional appearance and conduct when working with clients
