About The Position
Keller Williams Realty is seeking new and experienced agents to join their team. Applicants without a real estate license are welcome to apply and will be contacted by a partnered real estate school to obtain their license. Agents will represent home sellers and buyers in real estate transactions, which includes coordinating with third parties, managing paperwork, and negotiating prices. Additionally, agents will use strategic prospecting methods to find new clients. Keller Williams provides comprehensive hands-on sales training and access to efficient platforms for lead scouting and deal closing.

Responsibilities
- Scout leads through strategic networking & advertising
- Interact with clients by attending in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, open houses and more
- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
- Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues and coordinate with third party entities
