Requirements

Proven experience as a BDC Sales Agent or similar role in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Follow up on sales leads generated through various channels, including website inquiries and walk-ins.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer interactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, financing options, and promotions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with the sales and finance departments to facilitate smooth vehicle transactions.
Track and report on key performance metrics to management regularly.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach.
