This role focuses on working exclusively with motivated homeowners, providing you with pre-qualified appointments rather than cold leads. You will receive an average of 8-15 pre-qualified listing appointments monthly from the inside sales team, eliminating the need for cold calling or prospecting. The position is commission-only with uncapped earnings and increasing splits based on production. There are no desk, tech, training, or lead fees. Agents can supplement their provided appointments with their sphere of influence closings for higher splits. You will benefit from 1:1 coaching with the Director of Sales, AI-powered tools for pricing and market positioning, and best-in-class onboarding and training, with most agents closing their first transaction within an average of 60 days. Full transaction and administrative support from contract to close, as well as dedicated listing support (prep, signage, photography coordination) are provided. Your primary focus will be to serve clients and close deals, as all other business expenses are covered.
