About The Position

Windermere Real Estate is seeking a motivated, people-focused Real Estate Agent to join its collaborative team. The agent will advise clients and guide them through the home-buying and selling process, building genuine relationships and providing personal, supportive client experiences. Applicants must be licensed real estate agents or currently enrolled in real estate school. Requirements

Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
Proven sales success in real estate or a strong background in a sales-driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills; personable and approachable.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and common CRM tools.
Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently and collaborate effectively.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for property visits and client meetings.
Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the country.

Responsibilities

Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, leases, closing statements, and other documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Maintain and regularly update property listings.
Present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
