Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania real estate license (required)
- Based in or willing to relocate to York or Camp Hill, PA
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible, independent schedule
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of sales experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process
- Generate and manage a pipeline of clients using company-provided leads and personal prospecting
- Promote listings and personal brand with support from a dedicated marketing team
- Utilize online transaction management tools to streamline deals
- Collaborate with contract-to-close coordinators and settlement support staff
- Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
