Requirements
- Licensed Iowa real estate professional with residential and/or commercial real estate sales experience
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive to grow their business
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Ability to work independently while leveraging brokerage resources and support
Responsibilities
- Guide residential and commercial clients through every stage of the real estate transaction
- Conduct listing appointments, buyer consultations, property showings, and open houses
- Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements, contracts and other transaction documents
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and referral partners
- Grow your pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company-provided leads
- Leverage relationships across the PRK family of companies to help drive referrals and expand your network
- Utilize brokerage technology and resources to strengthen your business
- Work directly with brokerage leadership for guidance, support, and problem-solving
- Utilize administrative support to streamline transactions and improve client service
- Collaborate with industry professionals including lenders, inspectors, and title partners
- Leverage resources across the PRK family of companies
