About The Position

This is a remote, full-time role for experienced real estate acquisitions professionals who can close deals from day one. The company is a national real estate wholesaling firm that buys houses directly from homeowners. They wholesale most deals and buy and flip the best ones using their own capital. The company emphasizes its real funding, deal flow, and operational support, distinguishing itself from brokerages or lead-generation middlemen. Leads are primarily inbound or warm, sourced from channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Pay-Per-Lead, Direct Mail, and niche lists (pre-foreclosure, tax delinquent, probate). The role involves direct seller conversations, supported by an AI-driven CRM with call recording, auto-transcription, and automated follow-up. The team is lean, fast-growing, and focused on fewer, stronger individuals, with direct access to the founder and no corporate bureaucracy. The company offers a structured pipeline with speed-to-lead automation, a dedicated Dispo and TC team, and multiple paid marketing channels for consistent lead flow. Requirements

  • 2+ years in wholesaling acquisitions.
  • Stable tenure in recent roles.
  • Virtual closing experience strongly preferred, or demonstrated phone closing ability.
  • Experience in a wholesaling company or as an independent wholesaling operator.
  • Not currently running your own acquisitions business.
  • Experience in real estate is required.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Full-time commitment — no other active jobs or side businesses.

  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work from the Fort Lauderdale area if a hybrid model is introduced in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Take live seller leads and close deals.
  • Engage in real seller conversations.
  • Utilize an AI-supported CRM for call recording, auto-transcription, and automated follow-up.
  • Manage leads through a structured pipeline with speed-to-lead automation.
  • Acquire properties, not chase title companies or buyers.
