About The Position

Blackstone’s Real Estate Acquisitions Group offers Analysts experience on a professional team whose work involves the acquisition and asset management of real estate-related companies, portfolios of real estate assets and individual properties worldwide. Analysts at Blackstone have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of private equity real estate investing and can expect to be staffed on multiple deals at once. Analysts are expected to assume integral roles on deal teams, and are expected to find new ways to leverage Blackstone’s vast proprietary data to quantitatively inform investment decisions, while leveraging cutting edge AI tools to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.

  • Graduated in the Spring or Fall of 2025, or are currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026).

Responsibilities

  • Enhance investing skills through work on a wide range of transactions including asset, portfolio, and company leveraged buyouts.
  • Play an integral role in the investment process and assist in deal sourcing, LBO modeling, conducting due diligence, and presenting to Blackstone executives and partners at investment committees for final deal approval.
  • Perform real estate and public company valuation analysis.
  • Conduct financial modeling and quantitative analysis using tools such as Excel, Python, proprietary tools, and third-party AI platforms.
  • Develop presentations.
  • Attend and coordinate site tours.
  • Perform market research and data analysis, including the use of large language models to source, clean, and synthesize large datasets.
  • Perform various analyses to assist in making investment, capital and sale decisions.
  • Lead due diligence and execution of transactions.
  • Develop budgets and present asset valuations.
  • Draft memoranda for internal and external use.
  • Assist with legal negotiations and due diligence.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate workflows, develop analytical tools, and deploy AI agents to streamline investment processes.
  • Partner with technology and data teams to integrate emerging AI tools, internal data platforms, and quantitative techniques into daily tasks.
