Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: * Support transaction teams on project finance and infrastructure engagements * Participate in project developments, financings, and transactions within the infrastructure space * Assist in developing financial models and performing complex data analysis, including preparing visual representations of data * Conduct financial and commercial analysis of projects and companies, including feasibility assessments * Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and information memorandums * Undertake market research and benchmarking exercises as directed * Assist in business development initiatives, including the preparation of pitch decks, marketing materials, and proposals * Work collaboratively with managers and senior team members across multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Business or Finance degree preferred, with a strong preference for candidates who specialized in finance
Interest in working in a project finance and M&A environment
Strong financial modeling skills
Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Ability to use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights and solve problems

Nice To Haves

Internship or previous experience at a Big Four firm, bank, asset manager, fund, or similar environment is considered an asset
Progress towards a professional finance designation, such as the CFA, is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to learn and problem-solve, with a curious mindset and comfort working in ambiguous situations
Familiarity with AI / GenAI use cases is considered an asset

Responsibilities
