Reagent Assembler/Packager
About The Position
Nova Biomedical is seeking a Reagent Assembler/Packager to join their team. This role involves assembling and packaging reagent kits according to established procedures and meeting manufacturing demands. The position requires flexibility to work on different parts of the packaging line, assist with line setup, conduct in-process inspections, and operate various packaging equipment. Requirements
- Able to read and write English.
- Capable of following both written and verbal instructions.
- Able to perform basic math and perform counting with accuracy.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Must have a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands.
- Basic computer skills for accessing emails, corporate platforms such as Master Control, UKG, ClearCompany etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Nice To Haves
- Related experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desired.
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge is desired.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is a plus.
- Knowledge of Quality System Regulations (QSR) is a plus.
- Prior manual or electric pallet jacks experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assembling and packaging functions on an assigned packaging line for various kits within the established time frame.
- Being flexible and mobile to perform duties on any section of the packaging line as required.
- Assisting with setting up the assigned packaging line.
- Conducting in-process inspections/verification of packaging material and products and documenting findings.
- Independently performing specific packaging tasks as required.
- Operating various packaging equipment, including automatic/manual taping machines, manual/electric pallet jacks, packaging line conveyor belts, flow racking systems, and other devices.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
