About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Safely operate a 4‑axle mixer truck to deliver ready‑mixed concrete to customer job sites. Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to support efficient operations. Maintain accurate delivery records and complete all required safety, environmental, and quality documentation. Provide excellent customer service while representing Heidelberg Materials professionally on job sites.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently in varied conditions.
Strong commitment to safety, communication, and teamwork.
Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing, as part of daily work.
Reliability, professionalism, and a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
