About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role involves safely operating a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on time, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. The driver will communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries, manage the mixing process, and ensure product quality meets specifications upon delivery. Adherence to all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures is required.
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow DOT regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with team members
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and handling equipment
Responsibilities
