About The Position

Every delivery starts with you. Suncore is looking for a Dispatcher to join our team in Caldwell and play a key role in keeping our ready-mix operations running smoothly. You’ll be at the center of the action coordinating deliveries, communicating with customers and drivers, and helping solve problems when they arise. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• A dependable, positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, construction, ready-mix, or customer service is a plus, but ultimately, we’re looking for the right person and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Take customer phone orders and gather accurate delivery information.
• Coordinate and dispatch ready-mix trucks to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams throughout the day.
• Help resolve customer questions and delivery issues quickly and professionally.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• Help keep daily operations running efficiently and safely.
