About The Position

The Ready-Mix CDL Driver safely operates a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver products to customers. The role includes inspecting the vehicle before and after trips, ensuring delivery tickets are accurate, communicating with dispatch, and assisting with loading and unloading materials. The driver must follow applicable safety protocols and regulations.

The role operates primarily around moving mechanical equipment and may involve inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Employment is contingent on a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.
• Submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver products to customers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Ensure accurate delivery tickets and maintain communication with dispatch.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Benefits

• $31.00 per hour.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments at 6 months and 1 year.
