About The Position

The Ready Mix CDL Driver safely operates a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites. The role includes inspecting the vehicle before and after trips, reporting equipment concerns, operating mixer controls, and managing material discharge safely and efficiently. The driver delivers quality product while providing excellent customer service and following safety regulations, traffic laws, and company procedures. The position operates primarily around moving mechanical equipment and may involve inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Successful candidates must complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing.
