About The Position
Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites. The role includes inspecting the vehicle before and after trips, reporting equipment concerns, delivering quality product with excellent customer service, and operating mixer controls to discharge material safely and efficiently. Drivers must follow safety regulations, traffic laws, and company procedures. The position operates primarily around moving mechanical equipment and may involve inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
Requirements
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service excellence.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections and identify operational issues.
- Dependable work ethic and ability to adapt to changing schedules and job site conditions.
- Must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing.
