Ready Mix CDL Driver
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role involves safely operating a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to job sites on schedule. The driver will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers, and manage the loading, transport, and unloading of concrete according to specifications. Maintaining a clean truck and completing required delivery documentation accurately are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with safe driving capability
- Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and situational awareness
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and adapt to changing job site conditions
- Effective communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Dependability and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Benefits

- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
