About The Position
The NCCA Reading Interventionist will work with students to improve their reading skills, with a focus on students who are struggling academically.

Responsibilities
- Providing individual or small group instruction that's tailored to the needs of each student or group
- Regularly assessing student progress and performance
- Keeping data-based records of student progress and performance
- Reporting student progress to parents, teachers, and administrators
- Working with classroom teachers to identify students who need intervention, analyze student work, and develop and implement curriculum
- Providing support and professional development to teachers and other staff
- Other duties as assigned.
