About The Position

Support for HQ AETC A3/6 to ensure training and resources are planned, programmed, and budgeted to develop, update, and add to the AETC A3/6 Air Force Readiness Training and Security Cooperation (SC) training analysis activities. Work includes competencies development requirements for training analysis activities to include competency-based training development and analysis for USAF readiness and AETC courses. Support to these activities include program management, assessment, analysis, subject matter expertise, pipeline management and scheduling, registrar, curriculum and courseware development, and technical services.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability leading teams and ability to work successfully both individually and within and across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with combat / fieldcraft skills.
  • MAJCOM or equivalent higher headquarters staff experience.
  • Education and training/curriculum design/development experience.
  • A proven record of producing high-impact results for a customer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • Explosive Ordnance Device, Battlefield Airmen (PJ, CCT, TACP, SWOT, etc.), or Security Forces career field
  • Action officer on an Air Force Component Major Command or NAF and or HQ AETC staff
  • Training instructor / ISD / ADDIE experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide proactive customer service support.
  • Demonstrated capacity to serve as a professional team player.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Military deployment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of the CACI contract team supporting U.S. Air Force (USAF) Headquarters, Air Education and Training Command's Competencies Division (HQ AETC/A3J) in the Directorate for Operations and Communications (HQ AETC/A3/6) at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph in San Antonio, Texas.
  • Lead and manage five Expeditionary Training Integrators at five separate locations and serves as AETC/A3Q subject matter expert on functional and cross-functional Fieldcraft / Ground Combat Skills training.
  • Validate training for Advanced Deployment Readiness (ADR) equivalency and provides certification recommendations.
  • Certify training is conducted in accordance with theater entry requirements and USAF ADR training standards.
  • Ensure all education and training is conducted in accordance with Geographic Combatant Command (GCC), USAF, and AETC-established policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with team members; project managers, programmers, graphics artists, editors, quality assurance specialists and collaborates with external customers and subject matter experts to develop Expeditionary Readiness Training and Security Cooperation education and training curriculum using a systematic approach of; plan, analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate for Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) in support of GCCs, USAF Headquarters / MAJCOMs and other customers.
