Readiness & Operations Coordinator

Parloa
$80,000 - $108,000

About The Position

As Readiness & Operations Coordinator, you are the operational engine behind GTM Enablement's programs. GTM Enablement supports the full go-to-market org across onboarding, certification, product launches, partner enablement, and company kickoff. All of that runs on scheduling, cohort tracking, platform hygiene, and reporting. This is a high-volume, high-coordination role with real visibility into how an enablement function runs, and a clear growth path into a program or specialist track as the team scales.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years in an operations, coordinator, program support, or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational instincts and genuine comfort managing many small moving pieces at once
  • Confidence with calendar tools and spreadsheets, and a track record of picking up new SaaS platforms quickly
  • Clear written communication and the ability to coordinate across US and European time zones
  • Sound judgment about what to handle yourself and what to escalate

Nice To Haves

  • Enablement or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for global enablement programs, including onboarding cohorts, bootcamps, and certifications.
  • Maintain the global enablement calendar and ensure program owners have accurate timelines, materials, and attendee details.
  • Support day-to-day administration across Parloa’s GTM Enablement tools, including Highspot, Gong, LMS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Parloa Value Studio.
  • Keep enablement platforms, content, permissions, rosters, attendance, and certification records accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare recurring reports on program completion, attendance, usage, and adoption for GTM Enablement leadership.
  • Triage incoming enablement requests, route them to the right owners, and help keep routine field requests moving.
  • Support logistics for GKO and other large-scale enablement events, including attendee tracking, vendor coordination, materials, and run-of-show prep.

Benefits

  • We provide equal opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin, disability status, socioeconomic background and other characteristics.
