About The Position

Senior readiness and independent verification and validation (IV&V) analysts produce independent assessments of deployment readiness across workstreams. The role conducts assessments spanning configuration, data, interfaces, cybersecurity, and training, and produces the Deployment Readiness Assessment (D008) with supporting evidence. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

Senior IV&V or readiness-assessment experience on a Federal IT or EHR program.
Fluency across SDLC, testing, configuration management, and cyber domains.
Independent judgment and plainspoken reporting.
Comfort presenting to Government leadership.
Education and experience: Bachelor's degree plus 12 years, Master's degree plus 10 years, PhD plus 7 years, Associate's degree plus 14 years, or 16 years of experience without a degree.
Federal facility access/background investigation clearance.
U.S. citizenship required.
Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by Day 1.

Nice To Haves

Prior readiness lead experience on a healthcare IT, DHA, or VA program.
CMMI or ISO 9001 lead-assessor credentials.
Prior MHS GENESIS or MHS deployment readiness experience.
DoDAF or SAFe scaled-agile exposure.

Responsibilities

Conduct independent verification and validation across configuration, data, interfaces, cyber, and training workstreams.
Produce the Deployment Readiness Assessment (D008) and supporting evidence.
Perform independent walkthroughs of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), risk register, test results, and run-books.
Author readiness scorecards and present findings to the Program Manager and Government.
Partner with the Risk/Quality Manager on cross-cutting findings.
