This position is contingent upon contract award. The RATT Program Manager (PM) is a senior leader responsible for balancing the RATT workforce across multiple event requirement timelines, managing the workforce supporting Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific (CNSP) and PACFLEET ships, and overseeing contract performance across multiple locations. The PM is responsible for the overall management, execution, staffing, and operational oversight of the RATT program supporting CNSP across multiple locations. The PM serves as the primary leader for contract performance and is accountable for ensuring all technical, operational, maintenance, and training requirements are executed effectively within established timelines, budget constraints, and performance standards. The PM will oversee a diverse workforce supporting complex Navy ship maintenance, engineering, and training operations while ensuring compliance with federal contract requirements and Navy operational objectives. This position requires extensive leadership experience in Navy surface warfare operations, ship engineering, depot-level maintenance processes, and technical program management.
