About The Position

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a Remote React - Full Stack Developer based in the Philippines. The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in C#/.NET and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience building robust back-end services and modern front-end interfaces, applying best practices in architecture, performance, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in: C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework.
• React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software lifecycle.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.
• Familiarity with Next.js, Redux, or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to microservices, event-driven architecture, and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Understanding of web security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using React.js for front-end and C#/.NET Core for back-end.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Implement unit and integration tests for reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
