About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a long-term project for a US-based client operating in the healthcare domain. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining applications using .NET (C#) on the back end and React or Angular on the front end. You will be responsible for writing and optimizing complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas, as well as building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party systems. A key part of this role includes developing and supporting HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure, and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions. Additionally, you will troubleshoot production issues, implement performance improvements, and support claims processing workflows, ensuring data integrity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in .NET / C# and at least one modern front-end framework (React or Angular)
• Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, particularly HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc.)
• Understanding of claims processing concepts (837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows, payer/provider data flows)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (deployment, monitoring, DevOps pipelines)
• Exposure to FHIR or other modern healthcare interoperability standards
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security best practices

Responsibilities
