Requirements

• 8+ years of professional front-end development experience with a strong focus on React.js.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js ecosystem (Hooks, Lifecycle methods, Context API).
• Expertise in state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or MobX.
• Proficiency with modern build tools and bundlers, including Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
• Strong experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, modular, and reusable React components and front-end architectures.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast, responsive, and accessible applications.
• Work with UI/UX designers, backend engineers (RESTful APIs/GraphQL), and product managers to define requirements.
• Enforce coding standards through code reviews, unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
